1. Data collection

The following questionnaire is part of the Erasmus+ Project Actimentia. Your feedback will be used for improving the platform.  Participation in the survey is voluntary. You can skip any questions. You can terminate at any time without incurring any disadvantages. Data is collected in an anonymous form and cannot be traced back. Therefore, we cannot identify your input after you completed the form, thus we cannot remove it afterwards.  The questionnaire will be stored on a server of the university only, and according to the legal and scientific regulations. 3. Evaluation of the Actimentia Platform

The following part of the questionnaire asks for your specific feedback concerning the three main parts of the platform (Lessons, Dances, Exergame). It consists of pairs of contrasting attributes.The boxes between the attributes represent gradiations between the opposites. You can express your agreement with attributes by ticking the box that most closely reflects your impression. Please decide spontaneously. It is your personal opinion that counts.
